FitKrazy People,


Yo, I feel great!! I've been working out & eating really lite. My goal is to flatten the stomach & to pull back father time. Shit, I already look good as fuck!
What have I been doing to stay in shape?
SIT- UPS
PULL- UPS
PUSH- UPS
THAT'S IT!
These are basic exercises anyone can do- anywhere, anytime. I believe everyone should do SOMETHING, anything to keep physically fit. JUST MOVE!

Tha weather's been nice so I recommend ya walk, run, or get on your bikes and ride...
